Edward’s League students have been in the educational system for quite a few years now and they have had to LEARN a number of things; however, most probably they have never been told HOW to do it. In this session I will present ideas on what we can TEACH our students about EFFECTIVE LEARNING techniques, at the same time contributing to their autonomy.

Jakie dane warto zbierać w szkole językowej, kiedy to robić i dlaczego to ważne. Pokażemy, jak interpretować te informacje, by lepiej odpowiadać na potrzeby klientów i skutecznie rozwiązywać problemy. Poznasz narzędzia analizy, które przygotują Cię na nadchodzący sezon zapisów.

EMPATIA TO NIE WSTYD
Empatia to jeden z budulców kultury bazującej na więzi i zaufaniu, bez niej nie da się stworzyć sprawnie i bezpiecznie funkcjonującego zespołu. Podczas mojej sesji porozmawiamy o tym, czym empatia jest, a czym nie jest oraz jaka jest zależność między wstydem a empatią. Odpowiemy sobie również na pytanie: czy empatii da się nauczyć?

ZARZĄDZANIE ZMIANĄ ORGANIZACJI W OPARCIU O MODEL ADKAR
Zmiany = Sukces? Czy zawsze? Czasem ich efektem są niepowodzenie i strata. Podczas warsztatu omówimy uznaną i skuteczną metodę przeprowadzania zmian w organizacji – ADKAR. Sprawdzimy wszystkie jej elementy i zastosowanie na realnym przykładzie przećwiczonym podczas warsztatu.
